Keegan Allen ( Full name: Keegan Phillip Allen ) is an American musician, author, photographer, and actor. He is best known for his main role on the Freeform series titled Pretty Little Liars where he appeared as Toby Cavanaugh. His passion during his younger years tended towards cinematography photography, as well as other roles behind the camera. However, Keegan landed his first paid job at the age of 13.

He was given a small, non-speaking role in a documentary for Animal Planet.  In 2010,  Keegan appeared in an episode of Nickelodeon’s TV show titled Big Time Rush. Shortly after, the actor started playing the recurring role in the love interest of Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario) as Toby Cavanaugh,, on the ABC Family mystery series titled Pretty Little Liars which later became a Freeform.

Apart from acting, Keegan is also an accomplished photographer. In this field, he has published two photography books. One of them is  “life.love.beauty” released in 2015.”In 2018,  he published his second book “HOLLYWOOD: Photos and Stories from Foreverland.”Keegan released a digital-only music single titled “Million Miles Away” in 2017.
