Saul’s Father, Boria, is a former Spanish professional footballer who played as an Elche striker. Boria has appeared in all three primary levels of Spanish football for a total of ten seasons. 

Saul’s siblings, Aaron and Jony, are also professional footballers.

His brother, Aarón Ñíguez Esclápez,s a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a winger.
