Prior to that, Teresa worked as a general assignment reporter at KFMB-TV based in Sa Diego, California. Additionally, Teresa served as a producer and the host of ‘Education Matters’, a weekly TV education series that highlighted educators in the Central California region.

Before that, Teresa worked for KETK-TV in Tyler, Texas as a weekend morning anchor and also as a  reporter during the weekdays. While there, she covered tornados in North Texas, breaking news, community, and education stories as well. When she is off-camera, Teresa likes spending time at the beach, and on weekend getaways, and enjoys cooking, watching, playing sports, or staying active.
