Nathan Kress is a popular American actor and director who rose to prominence for his portrayal of Freddie Benson on the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly (2007-2012). His portrayal of Freddie earned him five Young Artist Award nominations and fans have since followed him throughout his career.

Kress started his professional career at the age of four, performing in a number of television commercials and providing the voices of Easy and Tough Pup in the comedy-drama film Babe: Pig in the City (1998).
